PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing from the date of your order. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at tolvos.info@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.


DELIVERY TIME

Orders for our products, which are shipped from international sources, typically take 7–15 business days to arrive, although they often arrive sooner. Please note that delays may occur during transit or customs clearance, which are unfortunately beyond our control.

If you have not received your order within 4 weeks, please contact us at tolvos.info@gmail.com and include your order number. We will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter in order to resolve any issues for you.


DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENTS IN TRANSIT

Once your package leaves our supplier’s warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected by our suppliers. We are not legally responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, we will do our best to track it down and investigate the issue. In the worst-case scenario, a refund may be possible.
